Haven Custom Homes, based outside Baltimore, Maryland, has been a leader in the construction of custom modular homes for more than 40 years. The company operates climate-controlled production facilities in Pennsylvania, allowing the company to serve the Northern region of the United States from Maine to Virginia. Haven is poised for significant growth in a changing housing industry. Haven was acquired in December 2005 by Wind River Holding Company of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Diversity of Distribution Channels

Haven's products include single family and multi-family homes across a broad range of price points, commercial products including lodging, dormitories, apartments, and senior living structures as well as retail and office uses.

These products are sold through four distribution channels (1) Haven's Wholesale program which sells custom home modules to builders, (2) Haven's Preferred Builder Program through which we joint venture with builders to deliver finished homes to homebuyers, (3) Haven's Custom Builder Group which in limited areas sells directly to homeowners, and (4) Haven's Commercial Group which constructs turnkey commercial products for end-users.
